Lavender & Pom Liquado


So it’s almost Spring time and I don’t know about you but this time of year makes us itch to get healthy, to be more active, and start consuming more fresh fruit and veggies ( and let’s be honest we should ALWAYS have this mentality BUT we get busy). So our advice?? Lavender & Pomegranate Liquados!

imageDid you know that lavender is in the mint family?? This opens up SO many culinary options. Not only is lavender a beautiful garnish for just about anything, consuming lavender has also been known to help nervousness and headaches. Pomegranate juice is also one of the best fruits to consume to prevent cancer. So we hope you enjoy this delicious and healthy recipe for Lavender & Pom Liquados! By the way a liquado is similar to a smoothie.

Serving Size: 2  Liquados

2 organic bananas

1/2 cup chopped pinapple

1 cups of almond milk

1 cup ice

8 ounce pomegranate juice

1 tbsp honey

2 tsps of dried or fresh Unsprayed and washed lavender

2 lavender stems with flowers for garnish.



load all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes. Serve in mason jars and sprinkle and garnish with lavender! Let us know how you LOVE this recipe as much as we do!
